Marcine has a Master of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting, and she is licensed in New Jersey as a Pre-K-12 art teacher. Marcine is also a New Jersey licensed home improvement contractor. Marcine has trained with master decorative artists throughout the USA.
